We stand behind our estimates, which means that the price we set on the estimate will not change (even if your watch needs unforeseen extra work/parts). You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that there won't be surprise charges added to the repair.

Please note that many vintage timepieces components are no longer in production or available for purchase. These may need to be manufactured to fit your timepiece. With this in consideration, the waiting period can reach 3-months wait or longer.

We back each full service with a 2-year warranty. Our 2-year warranty covers any malfunction, component failure or stoppage. This applies to a watch worn under normal conditions. Warranty will be void if the watch has been subject to shocks (dropping the watch), improper operation of the watch (using quick set to change the date during the hours of 9:00pm and 3:00am or over-winding), exposure to extreme temperatures or extreme magnetic fields.

Full Vintage Overhaul & Restoration

Case and bracelet cleaning including securing the crystal if it is acrylic, and re-applying resin for mineral crystals to ensure a secure fit and hold. Full movement overhaul including all necessary adjustments of end-shakes, hairspring, divisions, and re-finishing any oxidized steel components.

Quartz Service $600 (plus parts)

3-Hand Mechanical Starting at $1050 (plus parts)

Chronographs and higher complications starting at $1,350 (plus parts) - 50% deposit required upon accepting estimate.

**Dial, hands, and case re-finishing services available upon request. Pricing will vary depending on complexity of the dial/hands/case and condition of said components.

***Vintage Overhauls and Restorations do not qualify for expedited service. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the delicate and time-consuming nature of this level of work.

There are instances when a timepiece requires highly specialized attention that is best entrusted to the manufacturer, particularly in the case of modern Patek Philippe watches featuring advanced technologies such as silicon escapements, proprietary alloys, or other innovations unique to the brand.

In such cases, we will contact you directly to discuss whether manufacturer service is the most appropriate course of action. Should this be necessary, we are pleased to offer a Concierge Service to facilitate direct manufacturer care. We handle all logistics on your behalf, including secure drop-off at Patek Philippe, ensuring your watch receives the precise attention it requires without added effort on your part.

Throughout the process, we will provide timely updates so you’re informed every step of the way. Every detail of your request is managed with discretion, care, and professionalism.
