What types of watches do you specialize in?
We specialize in high-end mechanical timepieces, including Patek Philippe, Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, and other fine Swiss brands. We also work on select vintage pieces that require careful, experienced handling.Do you follow manufacturer standards?
Yes. We adhere to manufacturer-level servicing standards, with a focus on minimizing rework and preserving long-term reliability, including proper disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, regulation, and reassembly. Our goal is to return your watch as close to factory performance as possible. -
Every watch undergoes an initial intake and evaluation. We document its condition and assess the movement before providing a detailed estimate. No work is performed without your approval. You will receive an intake confirmation email to keep record that your timepiece is with us. Within 24 hours, you can expect a detailed estimate with the results of our examination, lead time, next steps and pricing. Once you have approved the estimate, the work will begin. Upon completion of the repair, we will email you to notify you. This email will include the final invoice which can be settled online or in-person at pick up.
We approach each watch with the assumption that it will be scrutinized under magnification, because often, it is.
Will my watch be opened before I approve the service?
In most cases, yes. Inspection of the movement is necessary to provide an accurate estimate. However, no repairs or part replacements are performed without your explicit authorization. How do you ensure my watch is handled safely?
All work is performed in a controlled workshop environment using Swiss-made professional-grade tools and equipment. Each watch is handled individually, never in bulk, and tracked carefully throughout the entire process. -
Do you use genuine parts?
Whenever possible, we source and use genuine manufacturer parts. If a genuine part is unavailable, we will discuss appropriate alternatives with you before proceeding. Will my original parts be returned to me?
Yes. Upon request, all replaced parts can be returned to you at the completion of service. This is not always possible as some manufacturers strictly require that all replaced components be returned to them. What happens if parts are no longer available?
For vintage or discontinued models, we will present options which may include sourcing from trusted suppliers or fabricating solutions where appropriate. All decisions are made in consultation with you.
