We stand behind our estimates, which means that the price we set on the estimate will not change (even if your watch needs unforeseen extra work/parts). You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that there won't be surprise charges added to the repair.

Please note that many vintage timepieces components are no longer in production or available for purchase. These may need to be manufactured to fit your timepiece. With this in consideration, the waiting period can reach 3-months wait or longer.

We back each full service with a 2-year warranty. Our 2-year warranty covers any malfunction, component failure or stoppage. This applies to a watch worn under normal conditions. Warranty will be void if the watch has been subject to shocks (dropping the watch), improper operation of the watch (using quick set to change the date during the hours of 9:00pm and 3:00am or over-winding), exposure to extreme temperatures or extreme magnetic fields.

Case and bracelet cleaning including securing the crystal if it is acrylic, and re-applying resin for mineral crystals to ensure a secure fit and hold. Full movement overhaul including all necessary adjustments of end-shakes, hairspring, divisions, and re-finishing any oxidized steel components.

Chronographs and higher complications starting at $1,100 (plus parts) - 50% deposit required upon accepting estimate.

***Vintage Overhauls and Restorations do not qualify for expedited service. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the delicate and time-consuming nature of this level of work.

This service includes the careful disassembly of the movement, followed by agitation cleaning of each component to remove debris, old lubricants, and residue. Fresh high grade synthetic lubricants are then precisely applied to reduce friction and wear, ensuring smooth mechanical operation. we complete the service by regulating the movement for optimal timekeeping performance. All work is carried out with utmost attention to preserving the originality, integrity, and character of your watch.

Visual inspection of external components (Case, Bracelet, Dial, Hands) to verify authenticity. Movement check to verify authenticity of all components. Serial numbers check to provide you with the most information about your watch. Finally, we provide you with a full list of our findings, serial numbers, comments, and high quality photos of all of the details we checked.
